The state has a new contract for E-Check vehicle tests in seven counties in Northeast Ohio. Ohio made no announcement of the new contract with Envirotest

Just the tip of the iceberg my friends! Everyone has heard by now, about the CAP & TRADE. Everyone knows what CAP means. It means the emissions are capped at a certain amount. Now is when the TRADE comes in. If a utility or large company cannot or will not curtail their emissions, they can buy their way into compliance through the purchase of emissions credits. The company is not really hurt because they can pass the cost off to the consumer and none will be the wiser. This is why E-Check will never go away unless people get off their duffs and demand it. Now if that does not make you squirt cheese, let me elaborate further. Typical statements are at least the program is free. WRONG! If you pay taxes, then you are paying for E-Check. You are doing your part to clean the air. WRONG! You are doing your part to permit large industry to continue to pollute. So actually you are paying on both ends. Now if that was not bad enough, here come some parting thoughts for you to ponder. Now that the State of Ohio pays the fee with your tax money, all information about the program can now be transmitted through interoffice memos and not subject to the open records law so if you think it was hard getting information when you had to pay directly for the test, try to get it now. Yes they will provide all the information you could possibly want, but you will get the whole plethora of information. Every action the OEPA makes will fill your email inbox. Each email will contain several links to different documents. The information you want is most likely in there, but it would take a normal person several hours if not days to read all the documents that have changed over that week. It is like telling you there is a very valuable dime in a 55-gallon drum filled with dimes, and all you have to do is find it. Now consider what it would be like if they kept filling the drum up two times a week before you find that valuable dime. Now ya get the picture. To summarize, you still E-Check, you still pay for E-Check, OEPA still gets money from E-Check, E-Check still generates credits for industry to pollute, brokerage companies like the ones Al Gore has his fingers in still handle the distribution of Credits. Now that’s what I call job creation. Everyone makes money but you.

State Supreme Court OKs tax on grocers

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled today that the state can impose the Commercial Activity Tax on grocery stores, a major victory for the state because the tax generates $188 million a year from grocers and food producers.

In a 6-1 decision, the court rejected a claim by the Ohio Grocers Association that the tax, better known as CAT, violates the Ohio Constitution's ban on any sales tax on the sale or purchase of food.

The court ruled that ''the CAT was not a tax levied on food purchases, but rather a franchise tax levied on all businesses for the privilege of doing business in Ohio.''

Now that the Supreme court seen fit to impose an additional tax on people, we should all return the favor and vote them all out. Food is not Taxable in Ohio, and any tax directly or indirectly imposed is a violation of the Ohio Constitution. This is just another example of a Government gone wild! The people that trick the taxpayer should be removed from office. Example: Calling a cost to the people a "FEE" instead of a "TAX" is just plain wrong and these people should be held accountable.

This Mayor and everyone involved in this blatant display of arrogance should be run out of office and themselves be subject to a $25.00 fine for every ticket written by this ignoramuses  and all that are involved

I feel sorry for all the good Police officers

Here we go again! It only takes one idiot to make people hate all cops. Not all cops are bad, but people like this need to be taken out of service. Some people only see the bad actors, and form opinions. This guy is totally out of hand!

This officer had no good reason to tazer a little old lady. He should have called for backup with a female officer and taken the woman into custody. These morons need to be taken off the road. We have no room for this behavior. When did "Protect and Serve" turn into "Harass & Tazer"?

Who will protect us?

Both my brother and my mother has suffered what seemed like mini strokes. Both happend within the last week or so. My mother in Ohio and my brother in Florida. Both have taken Digoxin (Generic Digitek) An addendum will come as soon as I can get my composure to make another video.

I ask Mr. Gore just two questions. If ALL people were forced to drive electric cars, how does he think all this electricity will be generated? RIGHT, We will have to burn fossil fuels to generate this added need.

Then this Cap & Trade farce will cause people to be subjected to programs to E-Check their cars because this program generates credits that are sold to permit business to continue to pollute. There is not even a stipulation the credits be used in the area they are generated in. This means when you E-Check your car, you generate a partial credit that could be bought by someone in California and will do nothing to even address our local problem. I got an Idea Al. RETIRE already!

New Year, New problems

Wow, we had the second snowiest January in history.It never fails to amuse me that it just blows the minds of people that believe in Man made Global Warming. It seems no matter what, it is blamed on Global Warming. This myth is being debunked in so many ways that they no longer are able to call it Global warming. They now call it Global Climate Change! This way no matter what they call it, it can keep the scam rolling. If it hot it is Global Climate change, and if it turns cold it is Global Climate change. The scam continues. If you confront these people, you are being told if you do not believe in Global warming, you are just plain ignorant. I do believe that if you remove the federal grant money from these people, you will no longer see Global warming as a problem. You can call me all the names you want, but I am just one of those non-believers that think this whole climate debate is a crock of crap. I say this as I recover from a back injury from removing 14" of Global Warming from my driveway. Time to leave the global warming debate once and for all.
