There is not even a stipulation the credits be used in the area they are generated in. Here we friggen go again
I won't subject you to any more then this clip. The rest can be seen at YouTube. Just type in "Al Gore in 2009". Why won't this guy go away? He blames every problem known to man on Global Warming. I ask Mr. Gore just two questions. If ALL people were forced to drive electric cars, how does he think all this electricity will be generated? RIGHT, We will have to burn fossil fuels to generate this added need.
