Carbon Credit just an example of how E-Check must go

Here we go. If this does not prove my point nothing will. Money out weighs common sense. E-Check develops similar credits that permit others to continue to pollute. This E-Check program has been in effect for 12 years and now our new Governor is ready to extend it even further. I ask the Governor this one small question; If E-Check was the do all end all program it was sold as, then why is the air in northern Ohio even dirtier then it was 12 years ago? Please quit listening to the people that profit from this debacle, and do away with this E-Check Program. We voted for change and all we got was more of the same. I voted for change and now I am sorry I did. Please fix this and restore faith in our leaders.
